During Natalie's career as a nutritionist, she was in demand as a writer, and presenter in television and radio. Her knowledge, clarity and style were appreciated from the broadsheets to teen magazines, GMTV to BBC Radio 4.
Natalie presented two series of 'Freaky Eaters' for BBC3 and 'The Kitchen Detective' on Discovery Health. She also made regular expert tv appearances, including 'This Morning' and 'BBC Breakfast', as well as interviews on 'BBC Woman's Hour', 'World Service', '5 Live' and radio stations across world.
Natalie contributed regularly to a broad range of publications, including 'BBC Good Food', 'The Sunday Times', 'Cosmopolitan', 'The Daily Mail', 'The Evening Standard' and 'Marie Claire'.
An engaging speaker and compere, Natalie has made a range of presentations, from the Eden Project in Cornwall, UK to Almaty, Kazakhstan. More recently, her presentations have been at academic meetings.
