Natalie is currently a doctoral student researching 'Proportional Responsibility in the Food System' at Queen Mary, University of London. She was awarded a PhD studentship by the university.
Prior to this, Natalie did an MPhil in Public Health at the University of Cambridge where she researched epidemiological and behavioural aspects of sexual health. She also received an MA from the University of Sussex, during which she explored the ways in which culture determines attitudes to obesity.
Natalie returned to academic study after a successful ten-year career in the field of nutrition; working with individual clients, writing books and articles, presenting three television series and giving seminars internationally.
